Are you pursuing a bachelor’s degree and are from New England? If so, you might be interested in applying for the Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship! The scholarship is open to permanent residents of New England who are entering or returning to an accredited undergraduate institution and demonstrate financial need. The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund is proud to offer this scholarship to help students attend college without accumulating debt. The scholarship is in honor of Stephen Philips, a Massachusetts family man who was involved in the merchant sailing era of Salem following the American Revolution. Every year, the scholarship awards up to $17,000 to help multiple New England residents cover their tuition costs.
