The Shari Simon Greenberg Community Scholarship supports college-bound high school seniors who live in a community near a Simon Mall. Applicants must demonstrate academic promise and financial need and be planning to enroll full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational/technical school in the upcoming Fall. Scholarship recipients are eligible for a one-time scholarship of up to $1,500 (based on available funding), with one scholarship awarded at each Simon center. In addition, the top-ranking applicants selected in Simon communities will be eligible for the Award of Excellence, which is a renewable scholarship awarded to one student in eligible Simon regions.

The Simon Youth Foundation has established the Community Scholarship Program to meet the financial needs of students in communities that host Simon shopping centers. The goal of the Foundation is to apply a holistic approach to the educational experiences of our youth.
This scholarship is open to students meeting the below eligibility criteria.
High School Senior
US Citizens, Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents
Low Income
Applicants must attend school and live in a Simon community
In addition to the below application materials, interested students must submit their SAT/ACT scores and their FAFSA Student Aid Report.
