The DDOE Scholarship Incentive Program (ScIP) awards legal residents of Delaware who are U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens. The application process for ScIP requires three steps which can be seen at the scholarship site. Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at a nonprofit, regionally accredited institution in Delaware; or enrolled full-time in an out-of-state, nonprofit, regionally accredited college in an undergraduate or graduate degree program that is not offered at the University of Delaware, Delaware State University of Delaware Technical Community College.
