The Rose Biller Scholarship Fund is open to Jewish residents of NYC’s five boroughs, Westchester, and Long Island who are also attending a post-secondary institution in one of these regions. Applicants must also be in at least their second year of an undergraduate program and demonstrate significant economic need.
