Are you a college-bound high school senior from San Joaquin County (California) with plans to pursue a career path of becoming a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant? If so, the Robert & Catherine Lagorio Scholarship (Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant) may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards between $1,000 and $2,500 each to multiple San Joaquin County high school seniors who are on the path to become Veterinary Technicians or Veterinary Assistants. To be considered for the scholarship, interested students must submit (1) a letter of recommendation from a teacher and (2) an essay on “why you’re interested in being a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant.” If you’re a San Joaquin County (California) high school senior who dreams of working in the Veterinary field, we encourage you to apply!
