Are you a graduate of a high school in San Joaquin County, California who has been accepted into a Veterinarian Medicine School to pursue a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree? If so, the Robert & Catherine Lagorio Scholarship (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $5,000 each to multiple San Joaquin County high school graduates who will soon be pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. To be considered for the scholarship, interested students must submit (1) a letter of recommendation from a teacher and (2) an essay on “why you’re interested in becoming a Veterinarian.” If you’re a graduate of a San Joaquin County, California high school who is pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, we encourage you to apply!
