The Raymond H. Fuller, P.E., Memorial Scholarship seeks to support young Ohioans who share Raymond H. Fuller’s passion for and desire to pursue a career in engineering. This scholarship was established by Raymond’s wife, Rhoda M. Fuller, in 1999 as a tribute to his lifelong accomplishments and his desire to promote the engineering profession to young people. To be eligible for the scholarship, individuals must be high school seniors from Ohio with plans to pursue an engineering degree at an in-state university. Applicants must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA and meet the minimum SAT (Math=600, Reading or Composition=500) or ACT (Math=29, English=25) test scores as set by the National Society of Professional Engineers. Selection will be based on applicants’ academic achievement, interest in a career in engineering, and financial need as determined by interviews and references.

The Engineers Foundation of Ohio (EFO) was established in 1964 by members of OSPE (Ohio Society of Professional Engineers). Today, EFO is a thriving nonprofit organization that has programs serving all age groups, from their ImagineEngineering Coloring Contest for second graders to MATHCOUNTS for middle schoolers to scholarships for high school and college aged students. EFO leads Ohio in promoting continuing professional development for PEs with numerous programs across the state.
