Scholarship Overview

The #RAREis Scholarship Fund is open to U.S. residents who have been diagnosed with any form of rare disease, regardless of treatment status. A Diagnosis Verification Form from a physician is required to verify the diagnosis, undiagnosed applicants may also apply with a completed Diagnosis Verification Form. Financial need will be taken into consideration. There is no minimum amount of credit hours required for part-time students. Applicants must be (1) older than 17 and (2) have been diagnosed with any form of rare disease.
