Are you a rising college senior (current college junior) pursuing a degree in the area of Noise and Vibration through an ABET-accredited program? If so, the Ralph K. Hillquist Honorary SAE Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards 1,000 to one (1) Mechanical Engineering Major or student majoring in a related automotive discipline focusing on automotive development, design, and testing. Applicants should have a strong background in the areas of dynamics, vibration, control, modeling, and acoustics through coursework, extra-curricular/club activity, internships, or employment. This scholarship was established to honor Ralph K. Hillquist, a long-time employee of General Motors Proving Grounds who founded the SAE Noise & Vibration Conference.
