Are you majoring in fire protection engineering or administration? If so, you might consider applying for the Phillip L. Turner Fire Protection Scholarship! The scholarship is funded by the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers’ Association, a non-profit trade association. FAMA is committed to improving the quality of the fire apparatus industry and emergency service community through the manufacturing and sale of the safest possible fire apparatus and equipment. Each year, one lucky student is awarded the $5,000 scholarship to help pay for college. If you’re passionate about fire protection engineering or administration, we encourage you to apply!
Applicants must be enrolled in four-year degree or full-time master’s degree programs in Fire Protection Engineering or Administration at accredited four-year universities or colleges located within the United States or Canada. Be sure to also meet the requirements below.
