The Paul Tsongas Scholarship is a merit-based program that rewards Massachusetts students with a grade point average (G.P.A.) of 3.75 and highly competitive Scholastic Aptitude Test (S.A.T.) scores of at least 1200 (or the American College Testing [A.C.T.] equivalent). Eligible students will receive a waiver of tuition and mandatory fees at a Massachusetts state university. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is an independent oversight agency that promotes good government by preventing and detecting the misuse of public funds and public property. They conduct confidential investigations, improve transparency in government, help government run more effectively, and educate government employees and the public to help government operate efficiently and use public funds appropriately.
In addition to meeting the eligibility criteria below, applicants must have received atleast a 1200 SAT score (or the ACT equivalent), and be attending one of the universities listed below.
