The OAS Academic Scholarships Program (Graduate) is available to students who hold a university degree and want to pursue advanced studies at the graduate level or for research in any OAS Member State other than their country of citizenship or permanent residence. OAS scholarship recipients must return and remain in their sponsoring (home) country for no less than twenty-four (24) months after completing their program of study abroad. All fields, with the exception of those in the Medical Sciences or foreign languages, are eligible under the OAS Academic Scholarships Program.

The Organization of American States awards scholarships to students who hold a university degree and want to pursue advanced studies at the graduate level or for research, in any OAS member state country other than their country of citizenship or permanent residence.
In addition to meeting the below eligibility criteria, applicants must not be pursuing studies in Medical Sciences or Foreign Languages.
