The New York State ENA September 11 Scholarship Fund is open to all rescue workers, including pre-hospital care providers, firefighters, and police officers. To apply, students must provide proof of acceptance into an accredited nursing program and of at least one year of pre-hospital work experience. Applicants do not need to be members of ENA but must provide a letter of reference from a current ENA member.
