Are you an NSPS (National Society of Professional Surveyors) student member and undergraduate student enrolled in an ABET-accredited Geodetic Surveying Degree program? If so, the Nettie Dracup Memorial Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $2,000 each to two (2) NSPS student members enrolled in an ABET-accredited Geodetic Surveying Degree Program. To apply, you’ll need to provide three original letters of recommendation, complete the application, and submit a transcript and personal introductory letter that showcases your commitment to furthering your education and involvement in community and extracurricular activities. Don’t forget to include any awards and honors you’ve received, your career goals, and any significant financial difficulties you’re experiencing.

The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM) is a professional membership society for the spatial data information industry. American Congress on Surveying and Mapping's members include three primary organizations (NSPS, AAGS and GLIS), whose professionals include surveying and mapping professionals such as surveyors, cartographers, geodesists, and other spatial data information related professionals.

In addition to the below application materials, interested students must submit a copy of their driver's license (or another state-issued ID) and a copy of their syllabus or program course catalog to apply.
