Are you a respiratory care professional looking to make a real impact in your field? Then the NBRC Frederic Helmholz, Jr., MD Educational Research Fund is just what you need to take your career to the next level! This award is designed to recognize those who have completed a Master’s Thesis or Doctoral Dissertation with practical value to the respiratory care profession. However, even those who are still working on their thesis or dissertation can submit a complete research proposal for consideration. Winners will receive cash and a certificate of recognition, as well as airfare, one-night lodging, and registration for the AARC Congress (where you can share your research and connect with others in your field). The American Respiratory Care Foundation is the nonprofit charitable arm of the respiratory care profession formed for the purpose of supporting research, education, and charitable activities. The ARCF seeks to educate the public about respiratory health, assist in the training and continuing education of health care providers, and improve the quality of our environment.
