The National PELRA Foundation Graduate Student Scholarships are annually awarded to graduate students pursuing a degree in human resources, labor and industrial relations, public administration, or political science with a keen interest in the public sector. While preference will be given to applicants currently employed by state, local, county, or special district governments, any graduate student with an interest in the above fields is eligible to apply.
