Ideal candidates include graduating high school students accepted to an accredited college or university as well as registered college students with at least one full academic year remaining before completing their undergraduate education. The National Organization of Professional Hispanic NRCS Employees (NOPHNRCSE)'s mission is to motivate and mentor members for leadership roles to assist NRCS and partners in delivering natural resources conservation. NOPHNRCSE also assists NRCS in the delivery of program benefits and services to the Hispanic rural/urban community by strengthening NRCS efforts in the recruitment, retention, development, and advancement of Hispanics.
