Are you a U.S. citizen and Montana resident attending an in-state university to study Conservation, Horticulture, Parks or Forestry, Floriculture, Greenhouse Management, Land Management, or related subjects? If so, the Montana Life Members Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $2,000 to a college sophomore pursuing fields related to conservation, forestry, and/or horticulture. To apply, interested students must submit a transcript, two letters of reference, and a “letter of application” including a short biography and their future plans.

The Montana Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., founded in 1937, is a non-profit educational organization with members statewide. There are many individual Montana garden clubs across the State. They are an affiliate of the largest volunteer gardening organization in the world, National Garden Clubs, Inc., and are one of eight states in the Rocky Mountain Region.
