The Max R. and Irene Rubenstein Memorial Grant is a scholarship opportunity for veterans who have served in the U.S. Army. To be considered, applicants must submit an essay between 400 to 500 words, written in English on an 8-and-a-half by 11-inch paper. Additionally, applicants must provide proof of honorable military service, such as a copy of a DD-214 or military ID card.
