Scholarship Overview

The Massachusetts Public Service Grant was established for students who have experienced the loss of a parent and/or spouse who was killed or went missing in the line of public service duty (including the military) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Public Service Grant Program is a scholarship program not based on demonstrated financial need, but rather on entitlement. Applicants must be permanent legal residents of Massachusetts for one year prior to the start of the academic year for which the scholarship is granted.
