The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation’s Career & Technical Education Scholarship is open to students planning to attend a non-degree certificate program of any length. Applicants must be the child of an active duty or reserve U.S. Marine, or a veteran U.S. Marine who has received an honorable discharge or was killed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Children of U.S. Navy Corpsmen, Chaplains, or Religious Programs Specialists attached to a Marine unit may also qualify. Additionally, applicants must have at least a 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be planning to attend an accredited undergraduate college or career technical education (CTE) in the upcoming academic year. If you fit the below eligibility requirements, we encourage you to apply for the chance to win between $2,500 and $10,000 towards your post-secondary education!
The CTE application deadline is rolling for career training programs less than 12 months in length.
The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation has been Honoring Marines by Educating Their Children since 1962. As the Nation's oldest and largest provider of need-based scholarships to military children, the Scholarship Foundation pays particular attention to those students whose parent(s) have been killed or wounded in combat or who have demonstrated financial need.
