The Kathern F. Gruber Scholarship is a fantastic opportunity for spouses, dependent children, and grandchildren of blind and low-vision veterans to receive financial assistance for their higher education tuition. These military-dependent scholarships are awarded based on merit and evaluated by a committee. Recipients can re-apply and receive the award up to four times, making it a great investment in their future.
