    Do you have a bleeding disorder and are involved in advocacy of any sort? Further, are you a current or incoming post-secondary student with a permanent address in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Kern, Inyo, or Santa Barbara County, California? If so, the Joshua Kim Advocacy Is In Your Blood Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards up to $1,000 to a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who can provide proof of acceptance or enrollment at their institution of higher education. If you’re from an eligible California county, have a bleeding disorder, and are involved in advocacy, we encourage you to apply! Keep on reading to learn more.

    The Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California is the leading resource for those affected by bleeding disorders in Southern California. They focus on improving the quality of life and building community for those living with inherited bleeding disorders in Southern California. They serve 9 counties: Kern, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Inyo.
