Are you a current or incoming undergraduate student and organ transplant recipient under 25 years of age who resides in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, or Delaware? If so, you may be eligible for the Jessica Beth Schwartz Scholarship Fund! Each year, the scholarship annually awards $2,500 to one to four organ transplant recipients under the age of 25 who reside in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, or Delaware. The Gift of Life Donor Program is one of the largest organ procurement organizations (OPO) in the United States, leading the nation in the number of organ donors since 2008. Serving more than 11.3 million people across the eastern half of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware, they work to help and heal lives by coordinating the recovery and distribution of organs and tissues used in life-saving and life-enhancing transplants.
