The IWSH Essay Scholarship Contest is open to current and incoming full-time (12 credit hours) undergraduate students, including international students. The scholarship was created “To acquaint the uninitiated with the crucial importance the plumbing industry plays in our everyday lives.” Thus, applicants must submit an 800 – 1,600 word essay that answers the year’s given sanitation-related prompt. As the prompt updates each year, we encourage potential applicants to check out the IWSH website before applying.
