The IRARC Memorial, Joseph P. Rubino, WA4MMD, Scholarship is calling all students with any active Amateur Radio License Class! If you’re a Florida resident with a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, you’re eligible to apply. The ARRL Foundation, which sponsors the scholarship, is looking for applicants enrolled in an undergraduate degree program or electronic technician certification program.
