The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association Scholarship Program is open to current undergraduate students who have completed at least two full semesters of undergraduate coursework at the time of application (24 credit minimum) and graduate students who are pursuing a transportation-related degree. Eligible majors include, but are not limited to, civil engineering, city and regional planning, construction management, public policy or public administration, structural engineering, finance, accounting, information technology, business management, marketing, communications, operations management, and more. Applicants must also plan to be enrolled full-time in the upcoming academic year and hold a minimum 2.5 GPA. At least one award will be allocated to a recipient attending an HBCU, depending upon qualified applicants.
