International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association Scholarship Program applicants must be current undergraduate students who have completed at least two full semesters of undergraduate coursework at the time of application (24 credit minimum), or graduate students. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering; City and Regional Planning; Construction Management; Public Policy or Public Administration; Structural Engineering; Finance; Accounting; Information Technology; Business Management; Marketing; Communications; Operations Management; and Other Transportation-Related Degrees. International students may apply. At least one award will be allocated to a recipient attending an HBCU, depending upon qualified applicants. The notified recipient must be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at a verified HBCU institution for the entire upcoming academic year. Submission of two recommendations are required.
The International Bridge, Tunnel & Turnpike Association (IBTTA) is the worldwide association for the owners and operators of toll facilities and the businesses that serve them. Through advocacy, thought leadership and education, members are implementing state-of-the-art, innovative user-based transportation financing solutions to address the critical infrastructure challenges of the 21st Century.
