Are you a current or incoming undergraduate student who has been diagnosed with a Neuromuscular disease, Primary Immunodeficiency Disease, or Bleeding Disorder? If so, the InfuCare Rx® Scholarship Program may be a good opportunity for you. Each year, the scholarship awards $1,000 each to two (2) current and incoming undergraduate students who have been diagnosed with one of the following: Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), Multiple sclerosis (MS), Myasthenia gravis (MG), Common variable immune deficiency (CVID), Selective IgA deficiency, Familial Agammaglobulinemia, Hemophilia A/B (and symptomatic carriers), Von Willebrand Disease (vWD), or Rare factor deficiencies. Finalists for the scholarship will be asked to submit a transcript and a form signed by their physician confirming their diagnosis.
