The Hunt Postdoctoral Fellowships (writing) offer a generous $40,000 to early career scholars (no more than ten years beyond their Ph.D) who need time and resources to publish their completed research. With a focus on anthropology and equivalent fields, up to eight fellows are awarded annually to allow for twelve months of continuous full-time writing. Don’t worry if you need a shorter time period, as pro-rated awards are available. Non-US citizens should check visa requirements, and all applicants must use the Foundation’s online submission procedure.
