Do you wish to pursue a career or technical education at an accredited, post-secondary institution within the United States? You might consider applying for the Horatio Alger Career & Technical Scholarship! Dedicated to helping young students who have overcome hardships at a young age, the scholarship offers $2,500 to up to 500 students each year. The scholarship is funded by Jim F. Dicke II and Dennis Washington, two members of the Horatio Alger Association. In order to apply, you must be enrolled full-time at a post-secondary institution for this upcoming school year and be committed to completing your career or technical program. Eligibility information
This scholarship is open to high school graduates who will be enrolled full-time in a career or technical program at a postsecondary university this upcoming Fall. Applicants must also be under the age of 30 and meet the below eligibility requirements.
