Are you a graduating, Jewish high school senior student that exhibits leadership and volunteerism? If so, consider applying for the Handeli First-Year Student Scholarship! The Handeli First-Year Student Scholarship is open to graduating Jewish high school seniors seeking a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university in the U.S or Canada. The scholarship is offered by Hillel International, the largest Jewish campus organization in the world which works with thousands of college students around the globe. Each year, the scholarship awards $3,000 to help two (2) lucky students pay for the costs of their college educations. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional school years after one’s first year of college, but can not be renewed after the fourth school year or after the recipient’s completion of their undergraduate degree, whichever comes first. Eligibility information
In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a graduating Jewish high school senior student seeking a bachelor’s degree in the U.S. or Canada. Applicants must demonstrate leadership or volunteer service and meet the below eligibility requirements.
