The Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association Scholarships offer financial aid to library science students pursuing a graduate degree. Recipients will also receive a one year membership to GPLLA. This award aims to encourage students to pursue a career in law librarianship. Applicants must have been accepted to or be registered at an ALA-accredited library school, and plan to continue as a student for another semester or quarter. Preference will be given to those residing in the Tri-State area. Two letters of recommendation are required. The Greater Philadelphia Law Library Association (GPLLA) is a non-profit organization of over 180 members devoted to the advancement of the profession of law librarianship, and to enhancing access to relevant and timely legal information.
