Are you a Charlotte, North Carolina or Knoxville, Tennessee-area high school senior, college freshman, or college sophomore planning to pursue a non-performing career in theater? If so, you might consider applying for the Gordon Hay Scholarship! This scholarship is open to students residing within 125 miles of Charlotte, NC or Knoxville, TN who are pursuing a non-performing career in theater and exemplify a strong pursuit of personal excellence, commitment to community engagement, artistic or technical accomplishment, and who have a record of scholarly achievement. Eligible non-performance areas of theater include (but are not limited to): playwriting, set, costume, lighting, or sound design, arts administration, stage management, production management, and technical direction.
