Are you a full-time college student with low vision? If so, you might consider applying for the Fred Scheigert Scholarship! This scholarship is open to incoming college freshmen, current college students, and graduate students. The scholarship is funded by The Council of Citizens with Low Vision International (CCLVI), an affiliate of the American Council of the Blind. The awarding committee is looking for an applicant with a strong GPA and involvement in school/local community activities. Each year, 4 students are awarded this scholarship in the amount of $3,000 to help pay for their education. If this sounds like a good opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply!
