Are you a rising college upperclassmen and aspiring accountant attending a college or university in Florida that is a partner of the FICPA Scholarship Foundation? If so, you may be eligible for some of the many FICPA Scholarship Foundation Scholarships! Bear in mind that applicants must also be FICPA members (membership is free) planning to sit for the CPA exam and be working towards fulfilling the requirements for certification in Florida. Lastly, applicants should indicate a desire to practice in the field of accounting as opposed to other disciplines and must indicate a desire to work in Florida.
There are a variety of scholarships available, offering between $1,000 and $5,000 to winning applicants. To find out more about each scholarship’s specific requirements, we recommend checking out their individual profiles on the FICPA (Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants) website. If you do fit the criteria for any of the scholarships, we encourage you to apply!
The FICPA (Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants) Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides annually more than 70 scholarships to the brightest and most talented college students in accounting across the state of Florida.
