Scholarship Overview

Are you a Texas Region or State FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) Officer who has recently graduated from a Texas high school and will be majoring in any area of family and consumer sciences? If so, the FCCLA Texas Farm Bureau Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $5,000 to one such applicant who also holds a minimum overall high school grade average of at least 85. To be considered, interested students must submit their ACT or SAT score, two letters of recommendation, and two copies of an autobiography in their application. To receive the Texas Farm Bureau scholarship, the recipient of the scholarship must attend the annual Texas FCCLA State Leadership Conference. In the event the winner does not attend, the scholarship will be awarded to an alternate winner.
