The Empowering Diversity in Veterinary Medicine Grant is funded by the American Veterinary Medical Association, an organization that develops charitable resources to advance the science and practice of veterinary medicine to improve animal and human health. Every year, their Empowering Diversity in Veterinary Medicine Grant awards up to $500 to five Veterinary students who host diversity-based activities to facilitate conversations about diversity and inclusion in veterinary medicine.
