The Emmett Comer Scholarship is funded by the Washington Homeschool Organization (WHO), a non-profit membership association dedicated to supporting home-based instruction and the homeschool community within Washington state. Each year, the organization awards scholarships worth up to $1,000 to eligible students to help fund their educations.
