Recipients are eligible to receive up to $1,000 in financial support to help them attend the four-year college or university of their dreams, anywhere in the United States. The Regina C. Williams Memorial Scholarship Foundation honors the name and legacy of an African American woman of incredible spirit, character, and determination. Throughout her life, she used her God-given talents to impact the lives of many people — near and far. Spending nearly thirty years as a public servant in the Prince George’s County Public Schools System, she served first as a teacher, then as a Vice-Principal and lastly as a Principal. Regina took honor in providing top-quality education to our next generation. The foundation is designed to provide financial assistance to college-bound students within the Prince George’s County Community.
