Offered by American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO
The E.C. Hallbeck Memorial Scholarship will award $8,000 ($2,000 annually) to ten recipients (one male and one female from each of the five postal regions) to apply towards their four-year college tuition. This scholarship is for the children or grandchildren, including stepchildren or legally adopted children of an active member, Retirees Department member, or deceased member of the American Postal Workers Union. Scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the school for payment of tuition, room, board, books or fees. Application may be submitted online or by mail.
