The Dream.US Opportunity Scholarship is open to undocumented high school seniors/graduates residing in states where they effectively have no access to college due to high out-of-state tuition costs or as their state’s public universities will not admit them.

The scholarship is offered by TheDream.Us, the nation’s largest college access and success program for DREAMers, or immigrant youth who came to the U.S. at a very young age without documentation.
