The Dr. Richard L. Hall Scholarship in Flavor Science is awarded annually to students pursuing a graduate degree in a variety of disciplines within the science of food. Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have been accepted to a graduate degree program in food science with interests in the area of food ingredient safety or flavor science.
