Are you an incoming dental school freshman who partakes in community service? If so, the Dr. Joseph L. Henry First Year Scholarship may be a great opportunity for you! Each year, the scholarship awards $2,000 to up to five (5) incoming dental school students who hold a minimum 3.0 GPA and are United States Citizens or permanent residents. To apply, interested students must submit an undergraduate official transcript, curriculum vitae, professional photo of themselves, letter of acceptance to a dental school, a letter of request from the applicant including a verifiable community service project, and three letters of recommendation (one (1) from the Dean or the Dean of Admissions from their admitting Dental School, one (1) from an undergraduate professor, and one (1) non-academic letter).
