    Scholarship Overview

    The District 6 (formerly District 18) Scholarship Fund Volusia County is open to individuals currently enrolled in a nationally accredited nursing program, either through ACEN or CCNE accreditation. Applicants must also (1) Have completed at least one (1) semester in their current nursing program by the deadline and (2) Have resided in Florida for at least one (1) year and continue to reside in Florida throughout the term of the scholarship. Six (6) scholarships are available each year, with two (the “Lillian Hulla, Friend of Nursing” and “Olive Seymour” scholarships) being exclusively awarded to Volusia County residents.
