The scholarship is open to students attending a two-year or vocational school to pursue a trade degree or certificate. The scholarship is offered by Stanley Black & Decker and administered by Scholarship America. With this scholarship, they look to support individuals pursuing a trade degree/certificate in an industry aligned with the Stanley Black & Decker Trade Goals. Every year, multiple recipients are chosen to receive up to $5,000 to help pay for their chosen program. The scholarship is open to students enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year college or vocational-technical school. Applicants are ineligible if they are pursuing degrees/certificates in service industries such as culinary arts, cosmetology, or hospitality. Applicants must meet the below eligibility requirements.
