Colorado Council Volunteerism/Community Service Scholarship

Are you a graduating high school senior in Colorado who has significant experience in volunteerism or community service? You might want to consider applying for the Colorado Council Volunteerism/Community Service Scholarship! This scholarship is awarded annually to high school seniors who have been permanent residents of Colorado for the last two years of high school. This scholarship is meant to reward students who have been heavily involved in volunteerism and/or community service, so you should have ample volunteer experience if you’re planning to apply to this scholarship. Applicants should be attending one of the Colorado Council member institutions. Applicants must maintain at least a 2.5 GPA. The scholarship is funded by the Colorado Council on High School/College Relations, a volunteer member organization of Colorado high school counselors and college admission staff who work together to help educate and assist students in achieving their higher education goals. Every year, several graduating high school seniors are awarded the $1,500 scholarship to help pay for college.
