The CollegeBound Last Dollar Grant is a need-based award for Baltimore City public high school graduates whose expected family contribution and financial aid package total less than the cost to attend college. Applicants must have graduated from a Baltimore City public high school this past year. They must be eligible to receive a Pell Grant. If their unmet need is greater than $6,000, students must provide documentation detailing how the gap will be financed. Applicants must submit a Financial Aid Award letter from the college or university they will attend and a Maryland Higher Education Commission notification letter if they are attending a Maryland institution.
