The Charles Harrison Smith, III Scholarship annually awards $5,500 each to graduating seniors from Apex High School in Apex, North Carolina who plan to attend a competitive university majoring in Engineering, Business, or Math. To be considered, students must be nominated by teachers at Apex High School. To obtain an application, interested students should visit http://www.wcpss.net/apexhs or contact their Student Services office. Selected recipients’ scholarship payments may be received annually for up to 4 years, as long as the student maintains a 3.0 GPA and continues submitting semester reports to continue receiving funding.
