The Carter Roger Williams Scholarship is an amazing opportunity for college-bound, Rhode Island high school seniors who demonstrate financial need and are passionate about their postsecondary education. The scholarship annually provides up to $20,000 in educational aid, per student per year, to selected recipients. The program’s intent is to help support enrollment at a college or university that may have otherwise been out of reach for the student and his/her family. To apply, interested students must submit a personal essay about the values of Roger Williams, the founder of Rhode Island.
