Are you a post-secondary student pursuing a career in an environmentally related field? If so, you may be eligible to apply for some of the Calaveras Big Trees Association Scholarships! There are two scholarships available, both offering a monetary award of $3,000 to a promising California upper-level undergraduate or graduate student who has demonstrated an educational and career commitment to the study of any environment-related field. The scholarships are offered by Calaveras Big Trees Association, a private, non-profit charitable corporation that creates, funds, and hosts programs to inspire visitors to help preserve and protect the Giant Sequoias and all the Calaveras Big Trees State Park’s natural resources.
